None of the USBs work from motherboard. 8 top usbs (see photo) nothing works. Mouse, keyboard, regular phone charger anything you plug in it doesn’t give any power.
the other 2 usbs (see photo) from PCI card work, that’s the only way I can connect mouse and keyboard.
On device manager everything shows that works properly but in reality there is no power coming out from any of motherboard usbs.
already restarted pc, updated windows to latest, in bios settings USBs are ENABLED.
I tried regular troubleshooting from google and not a single solution has solved my issue
