Question Motherboard usb ports possibly dead Only two work but freeze on boot.

I was wondering if it's possible to fix usb ports every single one of them including the front ports are dead except 2 but with those 2 ports my keyboard locks up instantly on boot same with my mouse, test another working keyboard and it also froze up aswell.

Not sure it's a prebuilt the model number is kw9-00012 cyber power pc
Tried looking at the info on it to find the motherboard but it's like the last thing they list

Sorry but I can't find much detailed information about your computer. Do your USB devices work if you boot into the BIOS?

thanks for the help , yea i booted into the bios and i thought it wouldn't work but it did, i just reinstalled windows 10 and it solved it.
