Motherboard usb problem?

I've went ahead and did more tests, i was almost going to secure erase my ssd because i thought it might have left some old driver or some crap like that. Turns out my parted magic was bugged and it brought me to a GNU Grub command line thing, so i decided to do some typing tests there and to my suprise, it would still ignore my keystrokes, it didnt repeat any letters though, i think its because theres a high delay for repeating.

ive manged to get parted magic working, which i assume is basically just portable linux with extra programs installed. I will be just web browsing on it and see if the keyboard errors come up or not. If after 1 hour later it still functions properly, im going to secure erase my ssd and reinstall windows. Troubleshooting is part of building a pc, but i really hate running to irritating glitches like this keyboard delay.
