Motherboard USB Question

i am thinking about getting a lga 1151 motherboard so i have a couple questions about this one

1.is this a decent motherboard for a budget
2.on newegg it says 3.1 and 3.0 usb will my HAF 912 which has a 3.0 and a 2.0 usb on it connect to this motherboard (each has its own wiring)
3. if not a good motherboard anyone have a recommendation on a better ATX

Specs on motherboard:

The only USB 3.1 Type-C port is on the back I/O panel.

Internal I/O Ports:
2 x USB 3.0 connector(s) support(s) additional 4 USB 3.0 port(s) (19-pin)
2 x USB 2.0 connector(s) support(s) additional 4 USB 2.0 port(s)
