Motherboard vcore color

My motherboard is a ga78lmt-usb3. Why are the vcore setting starting at 1.26 a light red color? I am attempting to overclock a fx 8310. Are the FX series good up to 1.5v?

Just a visual indicator to let you know you are raising it beyond what is guaranteed to work. And yes, it should be safe to 1.5v, although you do so at your own risk.
