Hi guys, i was just wondering if any 1 here knows how to mod a ASUS
P5N-E SLi mobo's VRM to support the new penryn voltages? I have read that it is possible and done before but it was on a 925X mobo.   would be able to save quite a lot instead of buying a new mobo to support penryn

afaik no one has definitely said that it won't.
It'll handle 1333fsb CPUs & eVGA have just released a BIOS for their 680i mobo that supposedly is Penryn compatible so it's possible that 650i may just need a BIOS upgrade too.
