Motherboard vs Graphics Card problem

I recently won a giveaway from Aorus for one of their top end Z370 motherboards. Now i have two options
1. Sell the motherboard , with the remaining money upgrade my processor from ryzen 3 2200g to ryzen 2600x , upgrade my graphics card to gtx 1070 from gtx 1060 3gb , and upgrade my monitor from 768p 60Hz to 1080p 75 Hz

2. Keep the motherboard , sell the ryzen and mobo combo , buy an intel processor with that money, and keep the gtx 1060 and the monitor at 768p.

Now I know that no.1 should be the way to go , but is that upgrade really worth it ? or am I better off buying an intel processor

Intel will grant you additional 5-15 fps depends on game. If you are fine with 60fps and more ofc that will ryzen give you, then dont go with intel. Keep in mind that ryzen's mobo will last until 2020(sorry for bad english). If it was me, i would go with first option-u get beast from cpu, beast gpu and u get 1080p 75hz monitor(that will be very good upgrade since u have 786p monitor). Second option.....nah you still have 3gb gpu and 786p monitor....Sorry for bad English, i hoep you will understand me
