Motherboard where are 2x16 PCIe slots?please help

Those are the nice long slots that line up with the metal tabs on the back of your case. There should be shorter slots in between, and sometimes around the long ones.

In the picture below, the first 16x slot is marked with the big blue arrow. I use this image because both 16x slots are red. Not all motherboards are like this one though as far as the coloring of the slots goes. But they all have slots like this.

Also, at the very bottom of the motherboard, you can see a black 16x slot. You would not want to put a video card into that slot, because that slot is almost always only given 4x electronically. Video cards want 16x or if you have a pair of them, then 8x/8x.

Thank you :)
and another question is: do you know if I can do SLI with 2 GPUs one in the first x16 and one in second x16 which is 1st and 3rd slot?Is this possible to do or they have to be in 1st slot and 2nd slot?

Yes, you can, and in fact that's the recommended set-up. See page 19.

"Observe the steps in "1-5 Installing an Expansion Card" and install CrossFire/SLI graphics cards on the PCI
Express x16 slots. (To set up a 2-Way configuration, we recommend installing the graphics cards on the
PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_2 slots.)"

Thank you very much :)

Hey man 1 more thing I'm worried about if I put 2 GPU's x16 x16 1st slot and 3rd slot thing is that SLI 2 way bridge connector is probably not big enought to connect 2 GPU's with this bridge.Space between 1st and 3rd slot is not small. What do you think? Is bridge long enough to connect 2 GPU's with bridge between 1st and 3rd slot?

Thank you for all your help.
But now I found out that even if you put both cards on 16x on this motherboard they will run at 8x and 8x.
So only X99 motherboards will run SLI on 16x :/
