Motherboard will not stay powered on.

Motherboard will not keep power. When I turn on the power supply, the motherboard powers up and instantly powers down.

I have tested the power supply on my old motherboard without any issues.

Mobo: Z370 AORUS Gaming 5
CPU: Intel Core i7 8600K

Edit: I don’t seem to have a way to upload my quick video that I took of it. So for reference, I only have the CPU installed on the motherboard with the 4+4 power cable and 20+4 power cables connected. Lights on the motherboard flash on when power is turned on and then immediately turn off.

Check your PSU voltage with multimeter.
as you know..
yellow-black = 12volts (11.5 - 12.5)
red-black = 5volts (4.89 - 5.1)
orange - black = 3.3volt (3.2 - 3.4)

in bracket these are safe voltages.. if it is too high or low change your psu..........
