Question Motherboard will not work even after testing

My Gigabyte A320M-S2H motherboard has all of a sudden stopped working after I tried to change the direction of my cpu fan, I took the cpu out and just changed the direction of the fan and put the cpu back the same way it was and it slotted in like it should, I tested to see if the psu was fault as I hooked it up to another motherboard and I also tested the 24 pin connecter on the psu so I’m pretty convinced it’s the motherboard but I’m unsure how to fix it?

There’s power I jumped started the psu on another system I have and it worked and I reaseated the cpu about 3 times but I don’t have any thermal paste it’s not a very old cpu about 6 months so I’m not sure how that would help as I can’t even get the cpu off the heat sink to start
