i got gigabyte z390 arous mater with samsung 950 pro m.2
wanna add an additional m.2 drive
is there any negative affect on other pci port? gpu and such...

Nope, that board will do 2 PCIe x4 M.2 drives -- see page 34 of your manual as in some configurations of the three M.2 ports, some SATA ports are disabled. All the manufacturers do this based on the limit of PCIe lanes.

If you use M2A and M2P for PCIe x4 drives I believe that all the SATA ports will work. M2M disables SATA 4 and 5 ports. The use of M2P limits the PCIe x4 slot to x2.
