Other way around really. You need to pick out a CPU that supports three displays. Motherboards haven't had integrated graphics in a long time except in Enterprise.

From what I recall that is pretty much every Intel HD capable chip 4th generation and up, possibly older. Not sure about the Ryzen APUs, but they should be comparable. But I doubt you will find a board that offers that many display outputs.

I know several Dell and Lenovo business models often offered VGA + two Display Ports. Not the most convenient configuration. Also there is Display Port daisy chaining if you get the right monitors.
