Motherboard with lga 775 an ddr3?

Need the cheapest:
- Micro Atx
- lga 775 slot
- DDR3 slot
- 4 Ram Slots (if can't find one, 2 is fine WITH at least 8gb max)

Best you can get from 775 micro Atx is 8gb DDR3 1333Mhz. If you want 16gb max then you need ATX. For your requirements best you can get is:

My case is approximately 16.92x15.94 (I measured in cm then converted it to inches).
I'm not sure whether that's ATX or Micro or Mini, but it's also using the ASRock g31m-s for now.
