For about a month I’ve been trying to build a pc. I finally got myself a stick of ram so I can boot my first PC. After installing everything on my motherboard my PC won’t power-on even when trying to short the power switch.

When I turn on the PSU and orange LED appears on my motherboard but the CPU fan doesn’t run.

Please help me solve this issue.

PC:
ASUS Prime A320M-K
Ryzen 3 3200g
Vengeance LPX 8gb DDR4 RAM
EVGA 500w
WB 1TB

"Ryzen 3xxx support" and "Ryzen 3xxx ready" isn't the same thing. One just mean that the board support the CPU the other one is ready to be used out of the box.
So is it the Ryzen 3 3200g that’s making the pc un-bootable? And if so what CPU should I buy to get it to work on my motherboard?
