I built a new computer with an ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 motherboard. Upon first boot everything worked as normal. It told me a new CPU was installed so I went to configure it. Upon unlucky chance I accidentally clicked OK for the OC Tuner, not knowing what it was. My computer rebooted several times and just started to run but there was no message on the screen, no POST, no BIOS, nothing. And to top that all off, I get this weird issue when shutting down. Instead of the computer normally turning off, the fans and lights on the motherboard just pulse on and off non-stop. It never successfully shuts down unless I pull the plug. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
