Motherboard: Asus Prime Z270-A
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DIMM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Memory (BLS8G4D240FSB
PSU: Toughpower Grand RGB 1050W Platinum - Thermaltake
CPU: Celeron G3930

I have a new motherboard that won't go into the bios screen.

I only have ram in slot 2 and the processor installed when I turn it on. Nothing else is plugged in.I tried the ram in slot 4 also.. I also checked with keyboard and mouse plugged in and not plugged in.

Do I need to test the ram, processor and even the psu? Will it work if I put a USB speaker in to hear any beeps?

I can check the ram in another computer.

The processor came from another motherboard I was working on, which I was able to get into the BIOS with.

I even checked the monitor, which is working. I did swap out the cable, because it didn't seem to be working (I've never had to eliminate a monitor cable before).

Extra info that's probably not needed
This is the second motherboard I'm trying to get going. The first one showed the bios screen, and then it wouldn't appear. I would just get a blank screen. So I gave up on that one. It might've been the monitor cable. I've never had as many problems before.
