Motherboard wont let me boot anything but the bios

my motherboard reads my ssd and my usb. My usb has windows 10 iso file but it wont let me boot to any of them. I select them to boot but it just takes me back to bios. Here are my specs:

i7-6700k
asus z270i motherboard
gtx 1070 strix

Is that USB bootable at all or just has ISO file on it ? What is on SSD ?
