After replacing my MB, etc. it won't post & I get no video to the monitor.

Model PTGD1-LA Goldfish2
This MB is identical to the one I replaced except for the BIOS chip version.
Old chip Goldfish v3.10 - chip on purchased MB Goldfish v 3.12

Besides the MB I replaced the processor, which exactly matched the one
in my old board.

After installing MB, processor & double checking all connections to MB I
can't get this computer to post & there is no video output to the monitor.

Power supply O.K.
Hard Drive Drive O.K.
Memory O.K.
all connections O.K.
Monitor O.K.
Cleared CMOS & BIOS

Note:video is built into MB.

additional note: when powering on, fans are running full blast &
hard drive is running non-stop.
I have tried using Win\XP CD but without video I can't tell whats going on.

Any help would be appreciated, Thank you
