Question Motherboard won't POST ?

All of my components power on and my gpu fans spin but I get no signal at all My motherboard boot light will stay on until I plug in my usb drive but I still get no POST.
I've reset CMOS and everything but nothing seems to fix it. I'm convinced either my mobo has something wrong with it or my GPU is toast ?

Yep everything necessary was plugged in, and after troubleshooting all day and searching the internet I found out someone had a similar problem and they had to Rma their board
