Question Motherboard won't power on

I have a msi z170a motherboard with a i7 6700 CPU and it just randomly stopped powering on. The only thing I can get it to do is flash the cmos light 10 times fast and then 3 slow. I've reset the cmos and get the same results

Ive heard about this before, and the only fix ive seen is for the z170a m7 board, and that was replacing the psu, that is all i know. sorry for the bland and most CERTAINLY informative comment but this is the best of my abilities rn good man.

I've actually already replaced it with a known good psu and had the same results
