I just bought an Asus Prime X570 Pro motherboard and it wont recognize my hard drive as a boot drive once I changed over the motherboard. It recognizes the drive fine but wont identify it as a boot drive. I installed windows on a separate drive and it says that the drive is completely healthy. Any help?

Reinstalling windows is normal procedure, when you change motherboard.
If you try to avoid this, then results can be:
system can't boot,
system boots but incompatible device drivers cause performance problems and/or bsods,
windows activation is broken and can't be fixed without reinstall.

I can see in your screenshot, that windows on old drive is installed in legacy mode,
but on new drive it is installed in UEFI mode.
