Question Motherboard wont turn on or boot

I bought a ryzen 2600 to upgrade from ryzen 1300x, once I swapped the CPUs the system stopped working. I took out the motherboard to do the upgrading. I got 2 mobos that I tried with both cpus the original is a b350m gaming pro and the other mobo is a rog strix b450 f gaming mobo. I had to order the b450 f because I thought the other mobo was bad. I tried 3 psu with both mobos all failed work to turn both mobo on. The 450f logo lights turn on. And the USB drives work my keyboard turns on when I flip the power switch on the psu. I tried breadboarding but nothing turns on, except for the mobo logo light and my keyboard.

Did you update the BIOS for the 2600? B350 doont natively support Ryzen 2000 chips without a BIOS update. You need to do the update with your 1300X installed.

I didn't update it, because I thought they automatically update the bios. I guess that could be a problem, but I also tried both the 2600 and the 1300x with the new b450 mobo the 2600 first then the 1300x but the mobo failed to boot with both. Only thing that works are the USB ports.
