Question Motherboard works for a day maybe less, then it just starts to shut down and restart again ?

I have a msi z97s sli krait edition motherboard, i got it by a frend, but there one problem i need to solve but no one could help me so far, the board works for a day maybe less, then it just starts to shut down and restart again, then it just goes dead then it starts up but wont give display at al, then i leave it for some time maybe a day or less, then it works for a day or less, this is freaking me out, can anyone maybe help me by that issue please, will appreciate it very much, and oh ya, i did check my power cables and ram and cpu and hdd and power supply, non of that fixed the issues!
