Question MOTHERBOARD X99 ERROR AE

Hiii,
I have a 4 years old computer with:
SHANGZHAOYUAN-X99-PR9-LGA-2011
Windows 10 pro
Intel i7-5700k
Ram 16gb
GPU AMD Rx 550
Wifi card.
When I start the computer, black screen (GPU HDMI) and 5 bip. I opened it and the motherboard's display show me code: AE.
There's a solution? Now the PC sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't... I'm desperate and should I buy another motherboard? I tried rectifying the bios by removing the buffer battery and unplugging the power for several minutes. same result.

Well their manual is not very good.

I would start with RAM, put one single stick in slot D1 and test. If it works and you have 2 sticks then switch out sticks and see if it works. If both work in D1 the place the second stick in slot B1.

You can also try running memtest 86 to see if there are any error in the ram.

Someone posted 17 days ago that they went to tech support and they helped fix their board. I would hit them up as i cant find anything helpful on this board.
