I have the msi b350m gaming pro motherboard and a ryzen 7 2700x processor and everything lights up inside computer and turns on but keyboard mouse and screen have nothing.. can anyone help me out?

There's a chance your mobo BIOS isn't current enough to support the 2700X. Do you have a friend with a first-gen Ryzen?

You have a graphics card, right? The 2700X has no integrated graphics.

Did you plug your screen in to the GPU output or into the motherboard output? Plug your keyboard and mouse into the USB 2 ports, not USB 3.
