I have a b550 f wifi motherboard and I have a 5000d airflow case , but on a website I saw a problème regarding USB 3.2 front panel! Also have a ryzen 7 5800x ! I want to now if I need to weary? And also what is the max size of gpu that I can put in it ?

If you look at the manufacturer's page for your case -- https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categ...er-ATX-PC-Case/p/CC-9011211-WW#tab-tech-specs Tech specs you will see that the max GPU length is 400mm. That is way more than any GPU.
Your B550 may not have a motherboard plug for the front panel USB 3.2 port. It looks like the motherboard has a type C plug, but it is 3.1.
