must be with WIFI and Bluetooth
must be AMD RYZEN

There are many, many possible combinations but all depends on intended usage and price range.
Speaking of price range, it could be as much as $1000+ between lowest and highest ones.

I'm using the B550-F version of that board and am very happy with it. There's a version of it that comes with onboard wifi.

Very good and capable B550 MB for up to R9 5900x/5950x.
