I'm going to upgrade my PC in the future and I'm really confused which motherboard I should go with (Note:I have a intel i5 7400 7th gen and I wish to keep it and I don't know if it will work on these motherboards which are listed below. You can also suggest me a good gaming motherboard of your choice other than the ones listed below)

1)MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC LGA1151 (Intel 8th 9th Gen) M.2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 DDR4 HDMI DP Wi-Fi SLI CFX ATX Z390 Gaming Motherboard
2)MSI MPG Z390M Gaming Edge AC LGA1151 (Intel 8th and 9th Gen) M.2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 DDR4 HDMI DP Wi-Fi SLI CFX Micro ATX Z390 Gaming Motherboard
3)MSI MAG Z390 Tomahawk LGA1151 (Intel 8th and 9th Gen) M.2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 DDR4 HDMI DP CFX Dual Gigabit LAN ATX Z390 Gaming Motherboard
4)MSI MPG Z390 Gaming PRO Carbon LGA1151 (Intel 8th 9th Gen) M.2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 DDR4 HDMI DP SLI CFX ATX Z390 Gaming Motherboard
5)GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS Elite (Intel LGA1151/Z390/ATX/2xM.2/Realtek ALC1220/RGB Fusion/Motherboard)
6)GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS PRO WiFi (Intel LGA1151/Z390/ATX/2xM.2 Thermal Guard/Onboard AC Wi-Fi/RGB Fusion/Motherboard)
7)GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS PRO (Intel LGA1151/Z390/ATX/2xM.2 Thermal Guard/Realtek ALC1220/RGB Fusion/Motherboard)

Getting a geforce gtx 1050ti OC edition and 16gb of ddr4 ram is also an option but I was also thinking to fully upgrading my PC from scratch so I can run the newer games
Do you have a GPU now? If not the 1050 ti would be a good GPU to get however the RX 570 4gb can usually be found for the same price or cheaper and outperforms it. There's also the 1650 which outperforms the 1050 ti (but not the RX 570) but is a good GPU if you don't have a very good PSU.

Hear me on this I currently have a gigabyte h110m-s2-cf motherboard ,4gb of samsung ram 2400MHz , a gt 710 graphics card and a intel i5 7400 7th gen processor.
There are two thing that I can do I can either get 16gb of ddr4 ram and a gtx 1050ti OC edition or a RX 570 but my motherboard only support ram upto 2400 Mhz but I wanted to buy the 3000 MHz because I will upgrade my motherboard in the future and then swap those 2 ram sticks into the newer motherboard but if I get a newer motherboard later I will have to buy a new 8th or 9th gen processor and computer parts are also overpriced in my country.

The 16gb+1050 ti is a better choice then the 570 alone. As for the memory get the 2x8gb kit @3000mhz as it should still work on your board (it will be down clocked automatically to fit MB's specs) and sell your 4gb current memory.

I'm in the US so the 570's are cheaper then the 1050 ti's & 1650's.

Or just tell me about a motherboard which has 4 ram slots and supports 3000MHz ram speed, intel i5 7400 and a geforce gtx 1050 ti OC edition or a RX 570 or a better graphics card like the gtx 1660

and how about the RX 570 and 16gb(8x2) corsair vengeance ddr4 ram rig? Thanks for helping me btw

Get graphics card and ram first.
It will make the largest impact on gaming performance.

Start thinking about motherboard/cpu upgrade, when you have budget for it.
I'm upgrading stuff keeping in mind what will I do with it in the future because computer parts is overpriced here and I don't want to spend money again and again and with which graphics card should I go with the gtx geforce 1050ti OC edition , RX 570 and I don't want to fit a 1060-6gb in it because my motherboard might not be able to handle it or I can get a better motherboard a fix a 1660ti in it and will the RX 570 work on my motherboard?

Your motherboard will work with any graphics card including a1080 ti or 2080.
Your processor will support up to a 1070 without bottlenecking too bad.
Your next biggest concern is will your power supply power your new video card?
16 gig of ram and a 1060 6GB or 1660ti would run most games @1080p high settings
