Will the Gb Ga z87 hd3 be compatible with i7 4770 more or the i5 4670 or it doesnt differ ? And do i need to get a better one or it will fit with them through powerful games such as watch dogs , assasins and batman games like that ? And how much does a motherboard affect gaming ?

Yes and LGA1150 mobo compatible with any LGA1150 CPU's and mobo doesn't affect in gaming!

why did u go with the ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX and not with the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H ? I can go with the GB because where I live there are about 5 dollars more so what do u think ?

This motherboard has great review at Tom's Hardware but if GA-Z87X UD3H is only 5$ higher then go for it!
