Question Motherboard's "boot" debug light is on, and monitor isn't displaying any information

Hello,

I've scoured the internet for answers to what's happening to my computer, but haven't gotten found any definitive answers. Here's the story:

I'm currently building my own computer with the MSI Tomahawk B450. Whenever I turn it on, it successfully turns itself on, but after a couple seconds, the "Boot" ezdebug light comes on and doesn't turn off. Shortly after, a little light in the computer case next to the power button will flash twice, after which the CPU and GPU fans will turn off.

One possibility I'm trying to work through is that the Tomahawk B450 is supposedly a bit outdated when compared to my CPU (AMD Ryzen 3600x). However, the CPU seems to be fine, as that Ezdebug light never turns on. I've also been told it might be an issue with the motherboard, and that I might just have to replace it. If that's not the case though, I don't want to waste the time.

Thanks for the help, and I'm happy to provide more information if needed.

(My GPU is the MSI 1660 Ti)
