Question motherboard's maximum harddrive extension

My Cpu configuration is Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2105 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 3100 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s), Os -win10.
I am using Gigabyte H61m-s motherboard. Now I have added seagate 10tb exos hdd in it. hardrdive transfer speed is 1mb/s maximum. What is the problem?
