Motherboards, need help?

what motherboard should i get with the intel i5 4690k and the msi hawk r9 270x

ive been looking at the Mod 1150 ASUS Z97 Maximus VII Hero ATX Motherboard and the ASRock Mod 1150 Z97 Extreme6 ATX Motherboard

but if you have other suiggests too please say? but also say which ones better out of the above..

Both of those mobos look fairly similar, personally I'd save ~50 dollars and go for the ASRock, which has 2 extra SATA ports. Also, the onboard audio is basically one of the only differences between the two - but if it's a deal breaker for you I'd still say go for the ASRock and buy yourself a dedicated sound card.
