Motherboard's phase/vrm/other cooling

Hello, I am using ASRock N68C-GS4 FX motherboard, and I'm thinking to buy FX-4320 (4.2GHz turbo). The motherboard has 3 phase 4pin power. Do I need to consider some cooling for phase/vrm in the motherboard? (example

No, as long as you use a fan based cooler there's no need

So if I use cpu for about 7hours a day on 100% usage and stock cooler it will cool both cpu and all the power thingies on motherboard?

Stock cooler is actually better for that than most, since it fans down. It will be just fine
