I am looking for major upgrades on my gaming PC (or soon to be one) and my main problem is i need a ddr3 motherboard not ddr4. Any recommendations? (Please list the store because i can not online buy and have it shipped)
My specs are:
Geforce GT 710 OC (Want to upgrade to GTX 1060)
Intel core i5 3470
16GB DDR3 Ram
HP compaq elite 8300 sff (Note I don't want an sff motherboard)
x2 250 GB Storage (plan on upgrading to 1TB)
Any motherboard that fits everything listed above with 75W PCI-e and integrated Wifi i will happily look at
Thanks for your help in advanced and have a good day :)

Yes there are a lot out there.
1. ASUS H61M-K
2. Gigabyte Ga-H61M-S
3. Zebronics H61
4. Asus H61M-CS
5. HIS H61-C
6. HIS H61-M
7. INTEL DH61BF
8. Enter E-MBH61

I would go with Asus or Gigabyte.
Just i don't know you will find them offline or not. Anyways happy searching.

You're talking a fairly old motherboard. Unless you have a good shop near you that deals in used PC parts, it's almost certainly going to have to be online. You just aren't likely to find Z77/H77/B75 motherboards in brick-and-mortar stores at this point. These are parts that came out in 2012 and there have been several chipsets since then.

Also, given the age of your parts, there's little chance that you can just choose a motherboard and then find it ahead of time. What you can get will depend on what you can find at a reasonable price.

do you have any suggestion on what there possibly it available for a reasonable price? I've looked for weeks online and haven't found a single ddr3 motherboard i don't care if it's new or used i just was it to be properly working with a reasonable warranty in case aything was wrong with it at purchase.

You can find motherboards available for sale on ebay in a simple search. Are you searching for "DDR3 motherboard?" That's not sufficient and you won't find motherboards listed like that, you want to be searching for a Z77, H77, or B75 motherboard.

Note that a motherboard will likely cost you more than it did in 2012; these haven't been manufactured for a long time. You're not likely to find many remaining that have actual warranties, other than the basic ebay protections. You'll also need to know information such as what form factor your new case can handle.
