Is there any Motherboards that support Ryzen 3 3200g that has 4 memory slots, supports it out the box, and is cheap.

Previously, there was a recommendation (now changed) for a B550 motherboard. Those are not compatible with the Ryzen 3 3200G. See here for more information:
