[SOLVED] Motherboards think all components are functional, but they aren't.

I have been attempting to get a recased (and remotherboarded) build up and running for almost 14 hours straight. The only parts that were changed from the previously fully functional build were RAM, Motherboard, and CPU cooler. I have done the entire stickyed list. Because I have 2 motherboards, as well as 2 ram kits, I was able to breadboard it in 2 separate mobos. When turning on, each motherboard shows diagnostic lights, lighting up for each part as the turn on continues. When removing components, it properly identifies that each component is removed. However, when all components are installed, the lights go off, showing that all parts are working and installed. It still does not post. When returning to the original configuration of the PC I was disassembling, it still fails to post, and does the exact same error combo. Any ideas for what could have happened? Can post pics if needed.
