Hi Team,
I have an issue with my MSI B550-A Pro motherboard. When i power on my computer White CPU light ON and nothing display on my Monitor. I have tested my processor on another motherboard on that board my processor is working fine. any help would be appreciated. Thank you

PC Specs
Motherboard: MSI B550-A Pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB [2 x 8GB]
PSU: Corsair CX750 non-Modular
GPU: RX 570

Symptom:
Fans turn on but the EZ-Debug CPU light is on and nothing appears on screen.

ATTEMPTED:

1) Unplug all the components and devices on the MB, and then reinstall the CPU, RAM (one piece), VGA card and power supply only. Please add some thermal gel on the CPU, and then reinstall the CPU fan correctly and tightly. Be sure JPWR1/ ATX_PWR1 and JPWR2/ CPU_PWR1 are connected to proper ATX power supplies to ensure the stable operation of the motherboard. If there are 6 pin or 8 pin Power Connectors on your VGA, please make sure they are connected to the power supply.
Answer:
I have tested this but the problem is the same.

2) Clear CMOS (How to clear CMOS, you could refer to the manual) for a try.
Answer:
I have cleared the CMOS but nothing happened.

3) If the problem still persists, Please just install one ram module to each DIMM slot one by one to confirm that all of the slots are all right. Please unplug the RAM and wipe the golden finger.
Answer:
I have checked with another ram and also checked with your 3rd mention point, still the same issue.

4) Please unplug the power-cord and check the amd socket, is there any CPU pin bending or fracture?
Answer:
I have checked the processor pins and processor socket of MB. All are okay to see.

5) I have updated mobo with two bios versions but the issue is same : 7C56vAJ , 7C56vAC

Is the CX unit in your build the green labelled unit? If so, throw it out the window. Use a reliably built unit and see if the issue persists.

Did you follow through this guide;

to flash the BIOS on your motherboard?

Have you tried working with another set of ram in slots A2 to rule out faulty memory?

Hi! The persistent white CPU EZ-Debug light on your MSI B550-A Pro, despite BIOS updates and component checks, suggests potential power delivery issues. The Corsair CX750 PSU, especially if it's the green-labeled model, has been known to cause such problems. Upgrading to a higher-quality PSU might resolve the issue. For monitoring voltage stability during diagnostics, consider using an op-amp like the OP484ESZ, which offers precise measurements to detect irregularities affecting boot processes.
