My MOTHERBOARD GIGABYTE GA-H110M-A INTEL H110 DDR4
its support DDR4 2133, can i use ddr4 2400MHz ? or it will not work ?!

You are limited to DDR4 2133 with that board. You can buy DDR4 2400 but it will only work at 2133 speeds.

Yes - as anort3 says it will work but it'll default to the speed that the motherboard supports (2133 Mhz).

So if it's cheaper, go for it.

Yep, just what anort said. 2400mhz is the "max" speed the RAM supports.

single rank - 8gb hyperX fury HX421C14FB2/8 37.50JOD
dual rank - 8gb hyperX fury HX421C14FB/8 45.00 JOD

I can't believe there even is dual and single rank DDR4. Has that even mattered since the Pentium 4 days? The dual rank stuff will be a tiny imperceptible bit faster. You wouldn't be able to tell outside of a benchmarking program. Maybe not even then.

Get whatever is cheaper it makes no difference.
