[SOLVED] Motherbord CPU led on turn off

Hi everyone.

So I tried to find answer on my question, but found nothing and this question is still kinda bothering me.

I have Gigabyte z370 HD3P mother board. When I turn off my PC no matter how via button or windowns, before shutdown CPU debug red led activates for a moment.

I was always thinking that those de-bug leds should be on only when you turn on the PC when its booting and not on turning off.

Is it normal or it shoudnt happen?
