Solution
Ways to find out more about the installed network adapters:

1) Open Device Manager and go to Network Adapters as you have done. However, right click and go into Properties and then the Driver tab. Try "Update driver". Be sure that only one network adapter is enabled.

You can also '"right click any adapter and select "Update driver".

2) "WIN" + "I" > Network & Internet > Status > Change Adapter Options

3) Run "ipconfig /all" - the displayed results should identify the network adapters.

Most likely you will be updating a Realtek PCIe driver.

Another way would be to simply uninstall all devices and reboot. Hopefully Windows will see the installed hardware and load in the applicable drivers. May or may not work depending on...
Run "ipconfig /all".

And post accordingly.

The output will identify the installed network adapters and then you can go to the applicable manufacturer's websites to download the drivers and find the installation/configuration instructions.

Or someone will spot a configuration error that is preventing wireless network connectivity.

Remember you should only have one network adapter (wired or wireless) enabled.
