Hello,

I am Pavan Kumar. I have 2 PCs and both of them are connected via Crossover cabling directly. Now I have this modem and I want to connect it via usb, I am able to find only 32bit drivers but not able to find the 64bit drivers as the company did not release yet, what is a solutions for this and all the PCI slots are occupied already.

Thank you.

I cannot afford the router, but, does the rj45 to usb converter does not require any modem drivers for sure?

I live in India and they are pretty costly.

Connect PC1 to SB5100 via ethernet, get a stable internet connection.
Connect PC1 to PC2 via cross-over cable, get stable network connection.
Set PC1 to share its network connection to SB5100, test both can get stable internet connection.

Of course PC1 will need 2 network cards and most motherbopards have 1 built in, so jusy buy a cheap W7x64 compatible gigabit network card for the link to PC2.

I have only 1 PCI slot for the PC1 and that slot is occupied for IDE PCIE addon card. And I cannot take the mode to other room as the coaxial length provided by ISP is not sufficient and PC2 si used for very less time hence PC1 must only be connected to Modem (preferred that way)
