Motorola SBG6782-AC and MoCA

I was reading about the modem and MoCA and I get that it has it built in and that it sends signal through coax. What I can't seem to understand is how I'd set it up or what I'd need to buy/connect to make it work for my PS4 and smart tv across the house. There is some kind of adapter to go from the coax to the Ethernet port on the two items?

If you need more ports, just use a network switch attached to the adapter. If the PS4 and TV are in different areas, you can buy a second MoCA adapter.

Oh well, was hoping since it was a MoCA modem that I'd be able to avoid that adapter and get something cheaper. I guess that goes between the wall and tv?

Yes.

Unfortunately these adapters don't come much cheaper, unless you consider purchasing a used one.
