Motorola SURFboard SB6121 Cable Modem Reboot due to power reset

Hey guys, I just recently got this modem, and I'm trying to get my internet set up. I got everything plugged in, and the internet will work very fast for about a minute or so, then the modem will constantly reboot. I searched around and I saw people with the same problem, but no solutions.

It came with a 12v 750 mA power supply.

That is the correct PSU for a Moto SB modem, you say it reboots, so can you go to 192.168.100.1 when it is locked in and post the signal levels and error logs [webpage tabs are near the top]?
