Mounting a 240mm radiator instead of two 120mm fans

I'm new asking in the forum and I already looked up for this question, so here I go:
I want to buy a Sentey PC Case and none of their models' specs specify if radiators are supported, but some of them do have support for two 120mm fans
Are the mounting screw holes for two 120mm fans (top or front) compatible with 240mm radiators (I'm thinking on a CM Masterliquid 240), as if it was like a standart measure? Or is it necessary to get a PC case model that it specifies that supports radiators?
For those who don't know about the brand they sell their PC cases here in Argentina .They are very cheap and have a pretty decent quality construction. It would save me a lot of money if I could get one of those.

well you will need space for radiator lenghs, but the 240mm radiators come with 2 fans you will need to fit to as well as fitting the radiator to the case.
what case where you considering, some are designed, and some cane fit, and other cannot handle 240mm radiators.

They do say yes or no on watercooling support with occasional comments but they do not specify radiator sizes and positioning.
My advice would be, look for case reviews from argentina or wherever these cases are most popular. A decent case review will always include these details, even if manufacturers don't specify it. For example:

I don't understand a word of it but he does show a top mounted 240mm aio fitting into this at least one of these sentey cases. I don't know if it applies to all of them cause again I don't know what he's saying

as per web site you refered, fan holes are The Sentey Eagle Plus supports up to 7 fans.
• Front: 1x120mm Blue LED fan
• Rear: 1x120mm Blue LED fan
• Top Panel: 2x120mm fans (optional)
• Bottom Mount: 120/140mm fan (optional)

looking at the image below you will see the 2 top ones are not "together" making it possible to run 240mm radiator

Good advice! I got pretty informed.
The guy says that there is not a decent amount of space on the top to fit the radiator, only the fans would fit properly.

The D20 is an interesting choice, I could mount the radiator either on the top or the front. Also it includes 1 fan on the front (you can ask them to add one more). So, if I don't use the Masterliquid fans could I mount it directly on them? Or could I mount the whole thing replacing the fan included with the case?

looking at the image below you will see the 2 top ones are not "together" making it possible to run 240mm radiator

If I knew I could line up both fans and how many space there is between the motherboard and the top then it would it possible, isn't it?

Unless the case allows for push/pull configuration with radiator (meaning radiator sandwiched between two sets of fans, one in front and one in the back of it), you have to remove the fans the case comes with. I strongly recommend you use the fans the radiator comes with rather than whatever ones the case supplies, as they're almost certain to be better quality for that radiator.
At around 1:28 in that video he says something and he's showing 240 radiator with both fans won't fit? Or maybe that support for radiator mounting is not there? In either case, he seems to have no trouble mounting to top, so I'd go with that configuration. Then again he's describing two cases so not sure if he means it fits in front in one and not in the other?

He says exactly the opposite: Either on the top or the front the radiator with the included fans fit properly on the D20, the first case, which is taller than the other one, the E20.

So picking up the D20 would be a good idea because he's able to mount the whole thing on the top. Also having a free space on the front for the frontal fan as an intake would help to make the air flow horizontaly.

Now that I know it fits, I have one last question: Will the screw holes of the top of the case fit with the masterliquid ones?, In other words, are the masterliquid fans designed to be mounted like any other fan?

Yes, fan dimensions are pretty universal. In fact cooler master sells those same fans separately as well, http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/masterfan-pro-120-ab/
which is an odd choice, I'd think their static pressure edition would be better for a radiator but maybe it just gives better temps. I've got a pair of same fans but static pressure edition as front intake case fans so they work just fine mounting on the case.

Perfect! Then as long as I get a case with compatibility for top fans plus an extra for the rad it should work properly.
