Mounting a XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 on ASUS M5A97

I have been doing a lot of research about the XIGMATEK HDT-S1283. I was wondering if anyone has any problems mounting this on an ASUS M5A97. I have read that the XIGMATEK Crossbow Ack Ati775 Mounting Kit
