Question Mounting an HP ENVY 27-inch All-in-One Computer Sideways?

I'm looking to see if there are any options for mounting my HP ENVY all-in-one 27-b1XX Computer sideways. So far I've found absolutely nothing that will even allow me to mount it to get it up off of the desk. If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatly indebted if they worked out.

What's the ideal case that you're looking for here? Are you looking for a ready made thing? Something that doesn't require taking a dremel tool on?

Because at the moment, I don't think either of those cases are possible.

Preferably, looking for something that's prebuilt but I think you're right. I can't find anything out there.
