Mounting coolermaster 212 evo sideways on am3+

good to know, I guess Ill just have to try to strech the spring things that you screw in, whatever those are called. lol

I just got it mounted vertically but I think i am going to need to buy some low profile fans to have a push pull and have all 4 dimms installed. Luckily fans are nto too expensive know of any good low profile fans, I hear noctua is good so i think ill try their's.

Push/pull fans on that brings little benefit.

ah good to know, Right now im have it setup as a push but it pushed towards the ram, I guues what I have now is fine.

Pushing towards the RAM? As in blowing to the front of the case?
That is 100% backwards.

yes I know, I am running some stability tests now, and as long as my temps aren't too bad, It will have to be like this until I get some low profile fans otherwise I cant have my 4th stick of ram because it gets covered by the stock hyper 212 fan

As mentioned, all you have to do is move the fan mount up a few mm to clear.

I tried this but I have corsair vengeance, so I have a huge heat spreader, and I only have a Corsair 200r so It hits the side of the case before I can fit the ram in there. Its ok though, as backwards as it is, I am idling at around 28 degrees Celsius, It is a little high, but It's ok since it is air cooled and I have a pretty good Overclock on it. I do plan on getting some thinner fans soon though, Looking for some on newegg now
