Mounting graphics card causes my unit to not boot.

Try booting into the bios with your display cable in the integrated graphics on the mobo and make sure that the primary graphics is set to pcie slot 1. After that, try booting again a few times and see if it displays anything off the card. If that doesn't work, clear the CMOS and try booting again. Also make 100% sure that everything is seated properly. Is the fan on the card spinning when you turn the computer on?

Tried a bunch of different things to optimize the graphics card. So far, what I have is the Geforce software installed, running the integrated graphics while I have to graphics card mounted with the 6-pin connected. This is probably my best case scenario right now.

The software recognizes the the card. However when I force the graphics to the pci-e, I'm still getting a blank screen, but my mouse's and keyboard's backlighting light up.

I'm thinking that monitor now is the problem, it's VGA. I bought a DVI adapter so I can actually use the graphics card.

Can anyone back me on this? Thanks.
