Mounting Intel CPU Waterblock on Am3+ Motherboard

I'm trying to watercool my system for only $30. I have quite alot of waterblocks already. The only problem is they are not compatible with my
Am3 / Am3+ motherboard.
Are there any off the shelf conversion brackets that i can buy or should i DIY some contraption of amazing mounting hardware?

No. Buy a new block. Question, though: Why would you bother spending money and waste good cooling equipment on an architecture that was dead a long time ago?
