Mounting MB & Cooler on MB Tray?

I'm waiting for the Intel XBX2 MB to be released, and then I'll be mounting an E6600 in it.

I've ordered a Lian-Li PC-B20A case. This case has a removeable MB tray.

Since I'm planning to use a Zalman CNPS9500 on the CPU, will the tray present "obstacles", be easier to set up, or about the same as without a tray?

don't think there's going to be a problem, mobo will have spacers so the distance from the mobo to tray would be the same as distance between mobo and the side panel
